Owners Lodge
The Owners Lodge is a central hub for relaxation and entertainment. Featuring a games room, fitness center, media room, and an outdoor event space, perfect for family and social gatherings.

Contact Tribe Home to reserve rooms for events and for a personal security entry code to use the fitness room outside of regular hours of operation.
Pools & Hot Tubs
The Outback boasts two outdoor pools (located at South Bay and Trout Lake) and three hot tubs (Quarry Bay, South Bay and Trout Lake). South Bay and Trout Lake pools and hot tubs are open from April to October. While the Quarry Bay hot tub remains open year round.

All pool and hot facilities are accessible with security code.
Tennis Courts
Are tennis courts are located in the heart of the Outback community, beside the Trout Lake Pool & Hot Tub facilities.
Courts must be reserved in advance and all rules observed while using the facilities.​
Marina
The Outback Marina is in operation from May 1 to September 4. Each of the 38-slips are privately owned by Outback residents and can be rented through our Swift Harbour account. ​​
Outdoor Fire Pits
Gather around one of our two outdoor fire pits located at Quarry Bay for a cozy evening under the stars. These communal fire pits are first come, first serve!
Please observe all posted fire ban notifications when in effect.
Beach Areas
Enjoy two picturesque beaches located at Quarry Bay and South Bay.
Each beach features reserved and general areas for kayak and paddleboard storage. ​
Enjoy The Outback
Safely
All beaches, pools, and water areas are use at your own risk. We strongly encourage residents and guests to practice water safety at all times. Children should be supervised, and proper precautions taken while enjoying these amenities.
Summer Shuttle
During the summer months (the last week of June to the end of the August long weekend), the Outback provides a summer shuttle service throughout the property. Operated by the Outback Marina attendants, the shuttle is available for pick up and on-call from 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday.

Garbage & Recycling
For your convenience, we provide onsite garbage and recycling services, including bottle and can recycling.

With clear signage and easy access to waste disposal points, maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of our beautiful community is simple for all residents and guests.
The garbage and recycling area is located on xxxxxx, past the Overflow Parking area.

For the safety and security of our community, the Outback provides onsite security personnel.
